INDIVIDUAL CANCELLATION POLICY:
Should an individual attendee need to cancel or shorten a reservation; the hotel must be notified 7 days prior to arrival. If the hotel is not notified at least 7 days prior to arrival, an amount equal to all night's room and tax will be charged to the individual attendee on the credit card used to guarantee the reservation. Additionally, all no-shows will be billed.
